Max has over 35 years of experience in operations, including 16 years consulting companies in a variety of sectors. He works with companies to develop operational excellence strategies, and provides hands-on implementation to support the actions required to create a high-performing organization. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
